News on the Bass Guitar!

As some of you may already have heard, we lost Joost on the Bass. We know of and respect the reasons for his decision to withdraw from making music as actively as Hyproglow does.

We're busy bees, though! The new man on the Bass is our old friend Martin from My Dominion He "applied" for the job while we were having a few drinks. On the first rehearsal he could play virtually all of our songs and thus convinced us! Big respect to you dude!

From now on you'll be able to enjoy a Martin double-feature, as he will of course continue with My Dominion!

Official statement about leaving Hyproglow

I'm very sad to announce that I have to tell you guys I'm leaving Hyproglow.
It is a decision I made on personal grounds and for reasons the rest of the band knows of and understands.
I am not leaving Hyproglow for the guys or the music, because we connected musically and personally very well.
Although I only played bass for 6 months for Hyproglow, and only had a couple of shows with these guys, I met a lot cool, sweet people in Essen, and I will absolutely stay in contact with them as a friend.
Keep supporting them ok!!!?
I hope to be in Essen from time to time to hang out with the guys and have some fun and beers.
Also I will continue playing music, but on a much lower level as before.
Hopefully we'll meet each other again someday, somewhere!!
